Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

If you are ill or too busy to attend, please try to let me know prior to the class. Please note that there are no refunds for missing a session.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Please bring your own mat if possible and I also recommend bringing some water. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing, layers are good and don’t forget that yoga is best practised barefoot!

For the yoga and sound bowl evenings, please bring along a blanket for the sound bath relaxation.

DO I NEED MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

If possible, yes, please bring your own yoga mat. If you forget, I do usually have a couple of spares I can offer for use.

CAN I BOOK A DROP-IN CLASS?

At the moment I only offer block bookings. This is because I believe that a regular, disciplined commitment to yoga achieves the best results

I’M NOT SURE WHICH SESSION IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Get in touch to ask me for some advice. Generally, the gentle class is a slower paced, more meditative class while the vinyasa flow classes are faster paced and more energetic. Students in all classes have mixed experience and ability though and I will always offer alternative options for poses to suit all abilities.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

The yoga studio spaces are cleaned thoroughly before and after class. The windows are also open during class to allow good ventilation. Please sanitise your hands upon entry to the class using the sanitiser provided or your own.
