7. Personal belongings

Personal belongings are brought into the class premises at the client’s risk and I do not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items. Although I will always endeavour to return any articles of lost property to the owner, I do not take responsibility for any item held in lost property. In Scotland, and to comply with the civic government of Scotland act, valuable items of lost property will be passed to the local police station at the earliest convenience.

7. Personal health and wellbeing

Clients are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition.
