Please read prior to booking

As a yoga teacher I take pride in offering a range of classes that are suitable for a variety of abilities and ages. I endeavour to create a safe place for everybody to practice and my classes can be adapted around health conditions and fitness levels. Please make me aware of any health concerns prior to attending class and listen to your own body as you practice. Although I can offer support and advice, by booking a class you are accepting responsibility for your own well-being whilst practicing yoga. 

Pricing

Classes are available to book as block sessions. The number of classes varies from term to term, the price works out at a cost of £9 per class. Please note that if you are booking two classes a week, I offer a discount that equates to 2 free classes. I kindly ask that payments are made at the start of a term by bank transfer.
 
The Yoga and Sound Bowl Healing classes are £10 per session.
